First, you'll fill out a Quote Request Form to help me collect information about your trip.  Secondly, I will email you a complimentary consultation outlining my services, fees (if any) and what I will provide to you before, during and after your travel. Depending on the complexity of your trip, I may charge a research fee for the time I spend designing your vacation package. The fee starts at $49 and increases depending on the time your trip will require of me.  This fee is non-refundable whether or not you decide to travel. 

When you book on your own, you're responsible for all your own research, managing all your reservations, paying everything on time, etc. When you hire me as your Travel Advisor, I will personally take care of booking all of your accomodations, ground transportation, dining reservations, travel insurance and more.  I'll make sure everything is paid by the due date and create a custom Trip Plan before you travel so that you have all your documents in one place, including a custom itinerary for your family.  I will scout discounts and automatically apply any eligible promotions to your booking, so that you'll always get the best deal for your hard-earned money.  When you book directly with a supplier, you won't receive any help planning your vacation after you hit 'BOOK!"
